Cancellation and Refund

Please Note: No cancellation request will be entertained on call or WhatsApp.
If you wish to cancel your booking with us, please notify us by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time. In such cases, we will deduct the cancellation charges as follows from the token amount paid by you and refund the remaining balance.

  • Rs 2000 for Tier 1 cities
  • Rs 3000 for Tier 2, 3, 4, and 5 cities

Please note that no cancellation requests can be entertained within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date and time. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date and time, the token amount paid by you cannot be refunded and will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

In case we cannot provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, or breakdowns. In that case, we will offer a refund of the amount paid by the customer after deducting the charges that occurred for the pickup of the consignment.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or refund request being received.

Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount will be credited back to the customer’s original mode of payment. If the refund is initiated by the customer, we will refund the amount through electronic transfer to the customer’s bank account.

If your situation has changed, and you are no longer sure of your moving dates or destination, you may opt to move your reservation to pending status. This will cancel your current order(s) and allow them to be rescheduled at any time within twelve months without penalty. Orders can be rescheduled for any location inside the country; it is not tied to your original location. Short Term cancellations will not attract any refund and will be adjusted against your next move only. The price may be changed based on the services you opt for based on your requirement.
